My experience began when I tried to call the salon 3 different times during the day to make an appointment for my son’s first hair cut. I never was able to reach anyone so I went online to schedule the appointment instead. When I arrived (excited for him to get his first haircut) we were greeted but not warmly. I do like my son’s haircut, however the environment was not warm and inviting. Our stylist did not seem to want to be there nor engage with my son. She kept saying “you’re fine!l” to him. The tone was not very soothing to a 16 month old! I asked questions and got short replies. I also asked about hair products and how to style his hair (more short replies). I ended up leaving without Hair product that I was going to buy for my older son (don’t they want to sell their product?) She didn’t even show it to me after I asked twice. I felt like this was not the customer service I was looking for. Therefore I will not return nor recommend this salon to others. I can ignore the hair all over the chairs, however I cannot ignore negativity in a place that is suppose to be positive for children!

My son's haircut was pretty uneven and both his sides were cut way too high up. I have had another girl the other times I have gone who did fine. This time was not the same experience.. Very friendly, just a bad hair cut

Stylists are nice. Good with kids. Fast and did a decent job for both my children. The only draw back now is the price. $30 to ha e two children's hair cut/trimmed is to much. My kids enjoy this place and always leave happy but I am not likely to return providing I can find another salon for a lessor price.

Overall, we really like cookie cutters, however, it seems that Mary is having some serious personal issues that are affecting her work. I feel bad for her and am sorry that she is having difficulty, but are not there to help her solve her problems nor is the subject of her issues appropriate to discuss while cutting a 3 year olds hair. She also seemed to be overwhelmed by being the only person there on a busy monday during the holidays. In general, I love the staff at this location, however, this time I was a bit disappointed and to be honest concerned about Mary's well being. As a social worker, I would be remiss if I did not report the interaction to you.

Very dirty floor and chairs. Hairdressers were very nice and did a good job on the cuts.

The stylists are always complaining about working, the haircuts are expensive for what you get. It’s not our number one choice to go to cookie cutters for a haircut anymore. We do it out of convenience sometimes, but usually we wait a long time even with an appointment and I don’t like listening to the stylists complaining about working.
