Some staff are adequately skilled and some are not. They need to listen to what the parent wants and not do whatever the stylist wants. When I ask for a trim, don’t cut the hair super short. I complained that previous stylists have cut too short and was assured that this would not be done. However, the stylist cut the hair even more short than the prior one had done!

My husband took our 2.5 year old son for a haircut this morning and it turned out really bad. He's had several haircuts in the past and doesn't always do very well and I understand it's not an easy task. However,it doesn't look like this woman tried to even it out and it looks awful. It's very choppy and is by far the worst haircut he's received.

We had an amazing first experience at a different Cookie Cutters location in Michigan and will definitely go back to that one. Unfortunately the location in Canton we found the staff was just talking above everything to themselves the hairdresser she’s probably used to adults not kids she talked to us instead of our child, didn’t make him feel very comfortable wasn’t aware of what she was doing like let hair fall into his mouth and his eyes and she didn’t even try to interact with him and make him feel calm like the other girl at the other location did. When she asked us what we wanted, she wasn’t actually listening. We had to redirect her many times like I said it got the job done but it wasn’t an amazing experience like we experienced at the other cookie-cutter location.

Wendy was wonderful, but we waited for an hour and the girl at the front was not helpful at all.

Not too happy about the price change. I can take her to the place I get my hair done and pay $12.

The environment was great. My son was excited to pick his chair. The haircut was satisfactory. I will not return, nor refer others because both the stylist we were assigned, and the receptionist were unmasked. When dealing with young children, especially those too young to be vaccinated, the child's safety must be the top priority. When a 4-year-old CLIENT is wearing a mask, so should you. To top it all off, the stylist was chomping gum, spraying droplets everywhere.
