We had an appointment at 9:45 and didn’t receive our service until 10:45. When we arrived, at 9:45, the stylist took another customer before us (2 boys). If my son wouldn’t have needed a haircut as badly as he did, we would’ve left. It is ridiculous to have to wait an hour for our appointment.

The stylist did not stop talking. I couldn't even really talk about my child's haircut bc she would not let me get a word in. She was very sweet though but she really needs to tone it down A LOT. A little conversation is ok but she didn't hear me say 'no' to buzzers bc she pulled them out and used them. I told her i wanted just a little trim and to mainly clean up the sides. She gave him a fade. Needless to say I probably will not come back!

The environment was fine. The haircut itself was definitely the worst haircut I have ever seen. My son has been getting his hair cut since he was 9 months and at 19 months, this was the absolute worst cut. He has a full head of hair and though he is a toddler, he was patient and listened and hardly moved during the cut. It is uneven, the hair in front is jagged and almost a side bang in the opposite direction his natural combover goes in. To top it off, although the dresser was friendly enough, she covered the car with the cloak as to not have to clean it afterwards which defeated the purpose of us even going there. He didn't get to see the car until after the haircut when we had to leave.
