I had been going to the same salon for 9 years and they had gotten lazy. They didn't want to spend the time processing my hair for color changes, they were ALWAYS behind schedule and they were not giving me the service that I wanted. Nickie has been a god-send. She is patient and does a meticulous job highlighting my hair (and I have ALOT of hair). The color is exactly what I wanted. She is quick and pleasant (not too chatty). I am a huge fan!

I go to Julia for color - I have dark brown hair and I color it to cover the grey. It's hard to find someone who can color dark hair and make it look like your natural color when they are done. Julia is the best colorist I have ever been to and she is efficient and on time. She also colors my daughter's (23 years old) blonde hair and it looks better now than it ever has before. I highly recommend Julia and have sent friends to her who also like her.

My visit to Aalam is always such a great experience. Kavy greets me every time with a warm smile and kind words. If she is on the phone she still smiles and acknowledges me and when she's through with her call or checking someone in/out she asks me how I am and offers me something to drink. She then walks to the back and is back in minutes with my drink. I then am greeted by Mary and we go to her chair where she asks me how I am and how my hair is. This time I told her I was having surgery on my hand and would be unable to do much with it for awhile. We talked about the surgery for a few minutes and then she said she knew what we were not going to do to my hair since it would be much harder to take care of during my recovery. I put myself in Mary's most capable hands and walked out feeling fresh and relaxed. Nasser was so nice to help me out with a purchase of products and I really appreciate him working with me on it. Nothing but good things to say about Aalam. I've been coming here for 7 years-you don't do that unless you are extremely pleased with the Salon, the service and most especially the Staff.
