The power was out when I arrived, but the staff didn't miss a step & as usual it was a great experience! Everyone's friendly & easygoing- I always leave so much more relaxed (& happier) than when I arrived. Courtney did my shampoo/quick dry today & all I can say is 'Wow!' My normally finicky/frizzy hair is smooth and shiny! And, of course, my color is perfect- Bimal is amazing! Couldn't be happier with Aalam; switching salons was the best thing I've ever done for my hair! =)
