I actually emailed this to the salon not thinking about the survey... I wanted to let you know that I have been coming to the salon in Frisco/Plano since you opened. I followed Cassie there for my color. It goes without saying, Cassie always does a fantastic job. I was with Johnnie the whole time for my cuts, since I am ridiculously picky about the cut it was terrible when he moved. I went longer than I should without a cut because I was nervous to try a different stylist. I sucked it up and decided to try David, knowing he was newer to the floor I was that much more anxious but wanted to give him a try. (I remembered him form the front desk and just always liked his personality). I don't think I ever left an appt and not found something I didn't like about a cut. Sometimes my fault because I didn't explain it properly and sometimes not my fault. Either way, David took time to look at pictures with me, understood my anxiety and talked through everything to make sure he was going to give me the cut I wanted. I wouldn't be able to find something wrong if I tried, he did a magnificent job and just wanted you to know that. He will be my new Guy! Thanks so much, Jennifer.

Mary cuts my hair and I really like the way she cuts it. I had someone color my hair this time, and Im sorry, but I cannot remember her name, but I would not use her again. Color was not great and it seems to have taken her a lot longer then previous times I have had my hair colored. I only gave 4 stars for Quality of service because of the color NOT the cut. I do think the price is high for a haircut, but I came back because I had received an email for discounted services. I know that most of my friends would never pay $80 for a haircut.

A bit pricey for just a cut but I like it enough to return. An occassional coupon would be great.
