The technician was okay. She seemed to get a bit upset when I asked her to do the top / front of my hair a different way. As she has never done my hair before, I felt she should have been a little more open to what I wanted. The product she used also left my hair feeling sticky and weighted. It wasn't the usual Kerastase. Am having to re style my hair the day after. I have come to expect excellence from Aalam because of many prior experiences. I still recommend the Salon, but perhaps someone that is more experienced with hair :)

This is the first time I've ever used the on-line booking option. It was so incredibly easy (I used it since I decided to get my hair cut around 10p, and the Salon was definitely closed by then). I prefer to deal with humans, but the on-line booking option is definitely something I'll use again if my brain decides to do something when most people are asleep. Other than that, I'm happy as a lark with my haircut from Tina. :-)

Saghar is incredible, she is so kind and personable! When I cut three inches off she was so paitient and walked me through the whole thing because it was a big cut for me. She also checked in as she went to make sure the length was perfect. She’s cut my hair twice now, and it’s been flawless each time.
