Tina did an amazing job cutting my bangs. She trimmed them exactly like I asked, I'm very happy and will continue to see her for anything else I need.

I was not aware that the cost was for the TIME of the service and not the service received. Not until I was ready to check out did I learn that because the stylist took longer than 45 minutes, my cost went from $40 to $50!! I was not pleased at all. I do not have any control over how long it takes the stylist to perform her duties---only she does. I believe the customer should not be charged for the length of time. So, if the service takes LESS than 45 minutes, is the cost less than $40??? Probably not. So I will not be returning and I will not refer anyone to your salon.

The salon is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and polite. Mary always does a wonderful job with my hair. She does a great job offering advice when I ask and I know my hair will look great and just how I wanted it. I highly recommend AALAM.

Always have a great experience with Nicki for my color. Also they have the very best hair wash/massage combination in the Plano are. The warm towels are a nice touch.

I absolutely love the creativity Julia uses to color my hair. She's a genius! And Honey (sp?) is wonderful, drying & styling out my hair. She's a gem. The only thing missing was the relaxing scalp massage I've come to adore while getting my hair washed these past few visits. Are y'all not doing those any more? Other than that, I've been so thrilled with my past three visits (over these last two weeks), that I'm shouting from the rooftops how much I love AALAM the Salon. Thank you all so very much!
