AALAM The Salon has been doing my hair for years, but I moved into Dallas from Frisco yet have not stopped making the drive North for this team of professionals. They apply the men's grey blending treatment which I like better than hair dye as us older dudes are not fooling anyone with a fully colored head of hair. Before I found AALAM, I applied "Just For Men", and my grey hair turned an almost "orange" tint, and my scalp was on fire for days, YUK! Just For Men is cheap sure but it must be like putting paint thinner on your head and letting it soak in. I had itchy scalp, dandruff, and I am sure drug store hair color does no tell you what it will do to your hair or head. Trust me, QUALITY products make a huge difference. When I found AALAM and gave it a try, I was nervous about going to what I perceived as a women's Salon....boy was I wrong as a guy. Until you have someone who knows how to actually cut, color and style your hair (and I don't have as much to work with as in the past), you don't know what you are missing! I'll never go to a barber again (no offense to any barbers out there or chain shops), but years of only experiencing a low priced cut.....well, you get what you pay for.
