I was not aware that the cost was for the TIME of the service and not the service received. Not until I was ready to check out did I learn that because the stylist took longer than 45 minutes, my cost went from $40 to $50!! I was not pleased at all. I do not have any control over how long it takes the stylist to perform her duties---only she does. I believe the customer should not be charged for the length of time. So, if the service takes LESS than 45 minutes, is the cost less than $40??? Probably not. So I will not be returning and I will not refer anyone to your salon.

I asked for stylist who could advise me on cut and style. She was unable to do so and kept telling me to bring picture of me at some point when I liked my hair. I specifically cane to this high end salon for advise.

I asked for dramatic high low lights so that no matter how I part my hair I can see two different colors. That did not happen. Worst experience ever
