Bimal on color is fabulous! She did a color correction on me two years ago (bad experience elsewhere) and she hasn't let me down since! She has brought my hair back to life and she understand what I am wanting (which is always something different) with little direction. She takes her time and is always most pleasant! Bimal for the win - ALWAYS! Saghar is my go-to for cuts and she is lovely. She listens, ask questions and I always leave with exactly what I wanted. I know a trim is often times "just a trim", but when you have had a bad hair experience, you truly value what an excellent experience is worth! **Bimal + Saghar**

My first time was a very good experience. Saghar listened to my concerns and gave me a fresh precision cut that I love. I also asked questions about color and highlights and the colorist answered all my questions and gave me several options. I look forward to returning in several months. Thank you Saghar!

Michael did a great job. Exactly what I wanted.staff were all friendly and I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone. Loyal customer for life now. I did think that it was a little over priced for just half of my head and only the roots plus I like to tip General generously so it will be harder to come back as often as I need to but I will try my best. Thank you for making me feel special!
