I called Saturday morning for a "blow out" - I recently had my hair cut in a new style and was struggling with the blow drying process. I was greeted by the front desk and then the stylist came and said her current client was taking longer than expected but she was hurrying. I told her please do not hurry on my account - I would not want anyone to "hurry" for me. She said her client had a lot of hair. I was updated every 15 minutes by the front desk and told that my services would be complementary because of the extended wait. My hair was washed and I was seated. Naser had a break in his schedule and offered to style my hair. I asked if he had time to trim my hair and he was able to give me a terrific cut and blow out. There was no charge and I was given a complementary full size hairspray. The stylist that I was originally scheduled with came by and apologized again saying that the client was "a lot of work". I would caution her not to use throw away comments as they add no value to my experience. I would not want her to say that my hair was a lot of work or tell another customer that she would hurry.
