This salon is for young young women that have little or no gray hair. Don't go here if you want to color your gray yet have it look natural and on trend. They'll either put one color on you or bleach it out.

I went to this salon after reading great reviews. I was so excited as I have had some bad experiences with salons in the past. I booked a Root Color with Refreshing Ends, online it advised services would be estimated at $100. I saw where a blowout fee would be waived for a first time client, I thought that was really cool. I was also asked for a $50 deposit, no problem at all. I had seen online to ask about deals for new clients I was beginning to think this salon was really different than others, offering a great value without sacrificing quality. So far everything sounded great and I was ready to get my hair back to beautiful! The problems started when I got to my appointment. I met my stylist Nickie. I was advised that my booking was not valid for what I needed done. Then she stated that she would have to see if she has time?? The booking stated a hour and a half. She advised that I required a bleach touch up which was not a selection on the booking system. After a brief disappearance by Nickie she reappeared and stated that she would do my hair for $200 plus an additional $40 for the blowout. Reluctantly I agreed because I figured that I would be happy with the results and this would make up for the issues thus far. I asked Nickie if they offered any new client discounts or Military discounts to which she promptly stated no. Upon completion of my hair I noticed that my hair still had a very brassy warm tone which was why I made the appointment with the root touch up and refreshing ends. I expressed my concern to the stylist but she seemed content with the results and was already jumping to another client. A little upset I proceeded to checkout where things got more confusing. I was charged $150 for a bleach and $90 for a haircut(to trim dry ends). I asked if my deposit would come out of the total at stated before. The response I got was "did you make a deposit?" After showing my deposit receipt I was still charged $240. So my $100 estimated appointment now jumped to a astonishing number of $290. I was also prompted for gratuity to which I unfortunately declined. I was so upset that when she asked if I wanted to schedule a future appointment I held back tears as I stated no. My hair was already a brassy blonde with 1/2 inch of roots exposed. I left the salon with roots lightened with a brassy tone. My hair was flat and contained no volume at all. I wanted to love this salon based on the reviews but unfortunately this experience has ruined this. Had they come out and said from the beginning of the booking process that my hair would be $300, or $90 for a trim I would not have had an issue and just kindly declined. So where did my deposit go? Free first blowout? $90 to trim a 1/2 inch of dry ends? No discounts.... only attitude. You must be honest and upfront with everything to build trust with a new client. Most woman would agree that trusting a total stranger with their hair is very stressful and the process should not enhance this. I really hope this does not happen often or to anyone else who wants to try this salon. Money is not an issue... trust is everything. Be upfront, honest and accept that technical issues in the booking process might cause issues with your pricing and timeline. Do not press your frustrations with these issues on your new client.

No worth the money, my brother left the salon with wet hair.
