I was not aware that the cost was for the TIME of the service and not the service received. Not until I was ready to check out did I learn that because the stylist took longer than 45 minutes, my cost went from $40 to $50!! I was not pleased at all. I do not have any control over how long it takes the stylist to perform her duties---only she does. I believe the customer should not be charged for the length of time. So, if the service takes LESS than 45 minutes, is the cost less than $40??? Probably not. So I will not be returning and I will not refer anyone to your salon.

The place is kept clean. During my appointment, the floor was swept regularly by several different employees. This is the great thing about this location. The rest is not so great. Normally, people close to me notice right away that I got a hair cut because of the difference in my appearance. This time it was just blah. Nothing special about the cut. I was told that they layered my hair, but upon further view of my hair, it appears to be cut straight across. No styling was done to my hair to make it even look good before I left the salon. My boyfriend actually said it didn't even look like they cut it and commented to me that it had no styling of any kind that he could see. I will not return to this salon.

My haircut is completely different than what I asked for and how I said I wear my hair. So disappointed. Color is fine.

Went in for a blowout. Told the stylist exactly what I wanted. No product was used and looked like something a nonprofessional would do. Would never waste my money again at your place. Complete waste of my 25 min, yes that’s how long she took to wash and do a “blowout”.
