I scheduled a highlight/lowlight and cut. I would have expected a two hour time in the chair. However, it was a bit over 3 hours. The color was good but she took a while and added conditioner or something for 5 rinses..my cut is ok but my bangs are a bit too short. I told her I'd rather come back for trim than have them too short. Both girls were very nice and professional. I just hadn't planned on 3 hours.

The atmosphere and establishment was clean and professional. The stylist made recommendations on my hairstyle based on the description I gave her of my dress. She showed me an Instagram picture of a different clients hair she had done in the past. I told her I did not want it to look like a prom updo and showed her a picture of a messier updo I preferred. My end result was ok but not even close to the picture I showed her. when she asked if I liked it or wanted any adjustments, I let her know one side needed more volume and she made a few comments about having to adjust the side. It just wasn't what I expected at a high end establishment. Overall she was pleasant.

The stylist was great and did a good job but after paying $200 for a color service I would expect my hair to be blow dried and styles and not be sent home with wet hair. I was told that it was an additional $45 to blow dry my hair and if it were to be straightened add another $10. I really hope the owners review this poor policy, this is not good customer service at all.

I have been coming here for 9 years and to walk in and be informed that after paying $190 for color that if I want my hair blow dried it will be $40’extra dollars. Not only is this an outrageous price for a blow out after paying for my color, but the overall lack of customer service and professionalism that I was not told when I called and booked the appointment speaks volumes to the greedyness of the ownership. To be notified by my stylist who is obviously mortified that they have to do managements dirty work, again speaks to the u professionalism of the owners. Taking business elsewhere
