My husband and I have been customers of Aalam for 4 years. My colorist Cassie is really skilled and professional. This comment has nothing to do with the service I am getting. My comment is about age diversity in Aalam. You have great diversity within nationalities which represent your customer base. But your staff is getting younger and younger despite the fact that many of your customers are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. It also seems that to be a new hire of Aalam, you must be in your early 20s. There must be skilled technicians in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to work at Aalam. Your customers such as myself would like to see reflections of themselves working as stylists. You don't have to be in your 20s to have nice hair color, a fresh cut and a updated look. Think about hiring skilled colorists and stylists who have some years of experience in their 40s, 50s and 60s. It sends the right signal to your customers. Thanks for your consideration. Barbara
