This is the first time I've ever used the on-line booking option. It was so incredibly easy (I used it since I decided to get my hair cut around 10p, and the Salon was definitely closed by then). I prefer to deal with humans, but the on-line booking option is definitely something I'll use again if my brain decides to do something when most people are asleep. Other than that, I'm happy as a lark with my haircut from Tina. :-)
