I used to live in University Park and went to the Osgood O'neill salons. They have a blow dry bar where we as clients can choose a product for our hair and blow dry ourselves after receiving a color treatment. My complimentary blow drys at your salon have been horrible (except for Cassie my colorist). And you can see that I have been coming monthly for a couple of years! After spending all the money on my color, I should be able to walk out of your salon and not be embarrassed to run into someone I know. You certainly have plenty of space and it would be a great way for us as clients to sample new products before we purchase. We don't even need the professional hair dryers if that's a liability for you. Just let us use the type of hair dryer we use in our homes. If I didn't love Cassie as much, I probably would drive down to Osgood o' Neil.
