I loved this salon and my experience. Nikki and Nassar were amazing. I’ve never loved a hair cut or my color this much, I have only one comment/complaint. I called during the week last week to see if there was any availability for Saturday for my twin sister and myself. I didn’t care who I sat with but I requested my sisters techs for her. On my reminder call the girl told me I was with Nassar for my haircut. That’s all that was said, just his name. I was excited because my sister had worked with him in the past. After my appointment Saturday, my total was far higher than my sisters for the same cut and I asked why. The girl ringing me up said “because you sat with the owner”. I told her I was kind of shocked no one would tell me over the phone that my cut would be $40-$50 more for sitting with the owner. I simply would have just wanted to be informed. I’ve never been here before and find that important to know. I love my cut and I think Nassar is great and well worth the money but I wasn’t expecting that. It’s not going to prevent me from recommending the salon or coming back myself, I just wish I had been informed. On a more positive note, this salon was clean, professional, and amazing with cuts and color. Thank you Nassar and Nikki! 😀
