i went in to get all around blonde and mentioned multiple times and in consultation that i wanted my roots lifted and to have a uniform all around color that looked natural and blended at the roots. all she did was give my roots highlights and put some toner on my hair after... my hair is not at all what i wanted to spent my money on. i look worse now i think, and cant really afford to get it fixed. the price for highlights online did not match what i was charged
