I took my 18 month old here and despite crying the first few minutes he dud amazingly well. The stylist even helped him not be afraid of the trimmer. He was smiling by the end of it.

The only thing I will say is that it's geared toward VERY young children. I felt like the chairs were a little too babyish for my 7 year old son. I think there should be an option for more "young adult" chairs for the older kids.

I purchased a first cuts package with picture. When I left the store, I realized the picture was compressed and my child was almost unrecognizable. I was able to call and have them fix it once I got home. I'm grateful for the fact that they were able to fix the situation even after I left! Just wish I had noticed before so that I wouldn't have to make the drive back to the store again.

I normally see Sam, and the experience is wonderful. This time, it was a different person and my son got a cut behind his ear, and his hair is unevenly cut. My mother brought him, and said he was in the chair less than 5 minutes, which is likely why the cut happened

Jamie was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient and understanding with my son with autism. Fantastic idea with tv screens at every cutting station! I highly recommended Cookie Cutters to everyone

Nice clean place since it is in a new facility, hope this continues. I did not feel that older kids (tweens) are a catered demographic. The atmosphere seemed geared towards toddlers and small kids.
