We had a great experience at cookie cutters and will definitely be back. During our experience my son got a little knick on the ear. I am very understanding and realize it was an accident and happened when my son flinched and got startled. The lady doing the hair was very nice and cleaned it. Knowing myself, the whole situation was fine. However, knowing some other Mom friends who would have not been ok with the situation I hope there is a policy in place to protect the employee who gave great customer service.

Sam is great. My 2 year old does not like getting his hair cut. She is so patient and even though he squirms a lot she gets him lined perfectly (without messing up his hairline) every time.

We visited the Round Rock Cookiecutters location and had a great experience. My daughter had a trim, and our stylist French braided her hair. She loved her French Braid & the gold sparkle spray! The stylists were very sweet and friendly, and the waiting area was fabulous! They have a small play area and a coloring table. Very child focused place and SUPER CLEAN!!!!! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for a great hair visit!😊
