My daughter has special needs and hates, absolutely hates haircuts and brushing her hair. Everytime we come to Cookie Cutters we have a great experience. Jamie, Sam, Karly are always great with my daughter. They take their time and don't stress her out at all.

Service and haircut are always great. My only complaint is the lack of seating and the seating that is available is horribly uncomfortable.

The receptionist came to my waiting area to ask me about my son. She wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make his experience better prior to the cut. (It's possibly notated that he is a crier.) I felt very valued. The receptionist even carried my son to his chair while I spoke with the barber about putting a video on for my son to distract him. We sometimes go to Snip It's but their cutting tools are much louder which makes my son nervous.

The people who work at the Cookie Cutters in Round Rock are so incredibly kind. I feel like they go above and beyond with my kids and are always so patient and engaged. My son always sees Karly, and she remembers him every time and makes notes on how she cut his hair last time. He has a mild form of alopecia, and she never makes us feel uncomfortable...if anything, she's as excited to see his hair growth as I am! My daughter usually sees whoever is available, and we're always happy with the results.
