I explained the cut I wanted for my granddaughter, clearly said still want to be able to have her wear a ponytail. She totally cut it way to short. I was not charged but that didn't help since my baby's hair is so short! We had her sister waiting for a cut as well but the other stylist was to busy worried about person that arrived way later than us to even bother to say she would do my other granddaughters cut. Which I felt was very wrong she knew I was very unhappy with the first cut why would I let the same person do the second cut. Wasted over an hour there!

Jamie was awesome, our little one doesn't do well with haircuts and she was warm and patient and she handled my hesitant son very well. We will definitely be back.

Loved my visit here, it was my sons first haircut so of course he acted awful but the stylist was amazing and patient and she did an incredible job given how bad my son was acting. I appreciate the work they did and that it was over quickly. Thank you guys, you’re amazing!
