This place was GREAT! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner. My daughter immediately ran to the play area and went down the slide while I checked in. We were seen right away. I was a little worried because this was the first time she would get her hair shampooed outside of her normal bath, but the woman who did it was very sweet and patient. She checked with me every step of the way to make sure of what I wanted and to make sure my daughter was comfortable. She also used a blow dryer to check the bangs (another first) and set it on low so it wouldn't scare her. At the end, we opted for a bow and glitter spray. We were both extremely happy with the experience. I'll definitely be taking her back! They have TVs at every station along with a bubble machine on each side of the salon. They also have a loyalty card to earn discounts. We love Cookie Cutters!
