Overall service was very good and people were friendly. I know this is a school and people are still learning but my overall color did not hide my grey. Normally they do a good job but maybe this gal rushed a little and there is still lots of grey showing. The supervisor that came to face frame my haircut did not look. She just focused on the cut.

The student is supervised by professional instructors who allow them to perform the work, while offering guidelines, suggestions and stepping in if/when necessary. Hannah asked how I wanted my hair styled. She did a great job with my blow out. I have naturally thick curly hair and I was very happy with her work. She is very professional. The instructors are great. I am happy that clients get reminder text or call at least 24 hrs in advance.

Leanna is great and actually had to be my translator between your new spa manager. He gave me an analogy of a brick wall which I had to get deciphered from Leanna upon our meeting in the private room. Then I wondered why I didn’t get the extractions that I always get and that Leanna and Miss Lily had said I could get initially along with my Micro dermabrasion and chemical peel. That was the appointment before. Yesterday‘s appointment I was told I had to make a decision between the chemical peel and the micro dermabrasion so I chose the chemical peel. I was still due to get the normal extractions afterwards as far as I knew until I asked Leanna as she was finishing up she said that Devon didn’t come in and he would be doing them from now on. When I left to show Devon and Miss Lily my face I asked about the extractions for next time and whatever Devon said went way over my head and I thought he was saying he could only do them on my nose which I said that I could easily do that. Then I had to ask Leanna for a translation and she said that I couldn’t have the extractions the same time as a chemical peel but why previously twice had not this been said? My problem is that I wasn’t sure if this is just Devon’s excuse for not coming in or what? He gave me some other reasoning which I couldn’t follow. I’m still a little confused on the whole thing but I left really liking my face as it was very tight. Again Miss Lily and all your girls have always been wonderful and Obviously it’s a very good deal although I have spent a lot of money on your products.

miss elaine did an excellent job in my haircut..i just noticed in haircutting the supervisor does most of the job..the students do mostly dyeing and blowdrying...they have difficulty in styling...this is just based on my experience since ive been going to the salon..

I received a facial. The technique and foundation of the service was spot on. I could tell they're being taught well however it's very obvious their students and still learning. The touch and pressure was so slight and felt insecure that it was irritating instead of relaxing. The instructor was wonderful, the student was as sweet as ever but I did feel that the price tag was quite high given the service. Also , when I get a professional facial I have no downtime and I'm not ever left alone and hands are on my body at all times. My facials usually include feet, hands, arms ,neck and chest massage. I felt the service was incredibly lacking in that area. I can't say that I would recommend to a friend. I would rather spend $20 extra dollars and go elsewhere. If the price were in the $20 area that would be a different story but it's not so that's my feedback.
