I thought my experience at the salon was great. I had a great stylist, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I also really liked how my hair felt health afterwards, it didn’t feel dry over processed. I wish I came here sooner!

The young lady that did my facial (Alize I think was her name) was excellent! She explained what she would be doing and what she was doing during my facial. The massage was good & so relaxing that I almost fell asleep!!! I’ve been going to JD for quite some time mainly for my hair but finally decided to do a facial and now I have a scalp massage scheduled for next week!

The stylist seemed in a bad mood. I recommend to do a couple things to cover my gray hairs and she seemed annoyed by my recommendations. She wasn’t gentle when applying the color on my hair and pulled my hair a couple times. This stylist has done my haircolor in the past and she was very sweet and attentive so I don’t understand what was going on with her this day.
