Our first visit was good but then we had to come back 5 days later to do a color correction because the left side was more bleached and blotchy. The right side was perfect. They tried to charge me but I thought it was just a bad job on the one side. The problem was they had two girls doing my daughters hair the first time and that’s why it was unbalanced. So the issue got fixed on the second trip and all was good. My daughter is happy with the way it turned out.

the only reason for a little lower on the way I was treated, was that I think the front desk forgot about me. Otherwise everything was great. My student was graduating within two weeks, and did a fantastic job

The JD Academy was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was immediately welcomed in and checked in for my appointment with Juscill. This was my 2nd appointment with her. We discussed what I would like to have done, the Floor Manager Jacob came by to check in as well. I appreciate the cleanliness and environment of this Academy. I loved overhearing the interaction next to us and how happy the client was with the student that was attending to her. I was just as happy with my finally result as her next to me!

My hair was 5-6" long and I ask her to make the top 1/2" long and to taper the sides. She did as I ask and I am happy with the result.

Young lady that worked on my hair was above excellent. the instructors helping were also very helpful and nice. Value is out standing. And yes, I have recommended your business. The only complaint I have is it is too noisy. Yes, I know there's blow driers etc. and it's a learning situation. But at times it felt as if I was in a bar (groups of ladies standing around talking way to loud). Music level was fine and I enjoyed it when I could hear it. Not a relaxing environment at all. To be honest yesterday, I was there so long; having highlights, root touch-up and a cut that I left with a headache. Also you might like to know that the girlfriend I recommended your business to also only had one complaint..to noisy.
