The staff was very welcoming, they call me on time, the specialist was very friendly and helpful, she gave me very useful advice, answered my questions and was explaining whatever she was doing. I am very satisfied and definitely will recommend to my family and friends

Overall service was very good and people were friendly. I know this is a school and people are still learning but my overall color did not hide my grey. Normally they do a good job but maybe this gal rushed a little and there is still lots of grey showing. The supervisor that came to face frame my haircut did not look. She just focused on the cut.

All the students and instructors are so nice friendly and professional. The students really take pride in their work and do an excellent job! Juliane took the time to understand what my hair needed for color and deep conditioning. She also was pleasant and made me feel cared for. Thank you very much!

Second time coming to this salon for highlights. First time my appointment was good. But I was there from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Was way too long even for an academy. However everyone was so friendly and professional. Also the color faded within a week or two. Wasn’t going to return but decided to give it another shot. So glad I did. Cuz they knocked it outbid the park this time. Elliott was amazing. Really listened to the color I was trying to achieve for highlights. The managers Vessy, Ernesto and I think Inga or Ingrid were all so attentive too in trying to hear what color I wanted for highlights this time. Everyone here is so caring and makes you feel comfortable. I am recommending this salon to all my family and friends. And this time I was there from 9:45am to 2:30pm which was a much more tolerable time frame. Elliott really took the time to massage the toner in too so this time my color is staying longer. Love love my highlights. Thank you!

Had an appointment on Wednesday Nov 20, for a basecoat. As i sat in the chair and waited for my time to rinse, the power went out... with a head full of hair dye they scooped me to rinse before all hot water was gone, which sadly it was! Vessy took charge rinsed as shampooed as fast as she could, got me back in the chair and I was seconds from being sent home with wet hair. Power came back on she got out the blow dryer and took charge!!! God I love this place!!!! Thank you to all staff which includes front desk, you always take good care of me. Carla Clancy
