I am so fortunate to have my hair done by Lila. I was so upset when I was informed that we ( clients) were not guaranteed to have the student we choose anymore but those in charge would try to get the student we request. I have always been satisfied with the end results. I don’t know if I have been lucky or just recently was blessed with a student who loves doing what she does. I love the work Lila does , she wants to make sure I am ok with whatever she does before she does it and you can see the end result: beautiful…

Less than one month ago I had a facial and waxing treatment and paid $29.00 today I had a facial only and paid $65.00 I feel that the prices need to be consistent. Also, seems to be lack of coverage of teachers to students. That’s a loud conversation overheard while I was in my treatment room about covering students by staff. Best said in private space. Thanks

The staff and the students are always professional and personable. Instructors are walking around to ensure that each client's or student's questions are answered.

Hannah was very professional, patient and did a great job on my blowout. I have thick curly hair and was in a rush. She was very knowledgeable about curly hair and styled my hair exactly like I wanted.
