I had a wonderful 1st time experience getting my hair cut. I loved that this is a school and encouraging students to learn and expand their knowledge on products and hair services. I will definitely go back!

miss elaine did an excellent job in my haircut..i just noticed in haircutting the supervisor does most of the job..the students do mostly dyeing and blowdrying...they have difficulty in styling...this is just based on my experience since ive been going to the salon..

My first time at the academy, I was there for a root touch up. Very happy with the results. I guess the only negative thing I would like to share is the young lady that did my hair very sweet and patient she had extremely long nails which made it very hard for her to work kept dropping things and while washing my hair it was a challenge to properly get my hair cleaned.

Shaunice and Lily are both seasoned students and do amazing color work. The leaders are also outstanding in providing sound advice and techniques that all aspiring hair stylists can take with them. And Lily has the best curling techniques I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend. Even the front desk staff are great!
