The student is supervised by professional instructors who allow them to perform the work, while offering guidelines, suggestions and stepping in if/when necessary. Hannah asked how I wanted my hair styled. She did a great job with my blow out. I have naturally thick curly hair and I was very happy with her work. She is very professional. The instructors are great. I am happy that clients get reminder text or call at least 24 hrs in advance.

Overall service was very good and people were friendly. I know this is a school and people are still learning but my overall color did not hide my grey. Normally they do a good job but maybe this gal rushed a little and there is still lots of grey showing. The supervisor that came to face frame my haircut did not look. She just focused on the cut.

I have used the school to color my hair. It's a basic service. I was always satisfied with the care the student took, and the teacher would check on the student as the service was being performed. Recently I have noticed that students are not taking as much care when sectioning off hair, and taking too much hair at one time to color (I do have thick hair) Teachers have not been checking on the students work as it progresses, as often as they did before. This is a time for practice, and I feel that its the teachers job to check on the student frequently to make sure they are proceeding in the right way, and to give advice to the student as needed. I hate to tell students what to do, and how, but there are times I will. Overall, it is a good service at a good price, and I can't expect perfection. I have had facials also, and students have done a nice job. Any questions I had were answered by a knowledgeable teacher. I am always treated very well by teachers, students and front desk. I have referred the school to others

Hannah was very professional, patient and did a great job on my blowout. I have thick curly hair and was in a rush. She was very knowledgeable about curly hair and styled my hair exactly like I wanted.
