For a trim that took 10 minutes, I think it's a bit pricey. $22 after tip, no hair wash or dry, just a dry cut. The place is new, and management was super friendly, so I'd give it another try, but there are other kids salons in the area that include more for that price (i.e. you can get your nails painted with your haircut for no extra charge, etc...) Might make sense to think about what value adds you can give customers to encourage returns and loyalty.

The service is polite, but the cuts are just not good. This is the second time and both times I have brought pictures of the hairstyle I would like for my son and both times I go home and fix his hair because there are strings of hair out of place. I don’t mind paying more for a better result. I think that the hair stylist are not well trained and they just don’t know how to professionally cut hair.

Chris was very unfriendly, I have never seen someone like that. If you don't like kids, don't do this job! Bad experience I don't recommend this place even if the haircut is nice

Frustrated with the lack of patience our hairdresser had with our child. Kelly also made inappropriate jokes that were not appreciated.

Both of my girl's hair was messed up and not what we asked for. I had to come back for a re-do.
