I brought my son in for the first time at Cookie Cutters and we were both happy with the overall experience. I was especially happy of the fun and welcoming environment as well as the outcome of my son's haircut. It was definitely one of his best haircuts! I do think they should replace the platform of the play area with one that is flat.

The floor of the salon was COVERED! And not just around where the actual cutting stations are. I know it's probably impossible to keep it super clean, but it was kind of icky to see hair all over my son's hands just from playing on the slide equipment.

I was disappointed that there were two staff members at the store, yet as I pulled up 2 minutes prior to my appointment, I saw the stylist I had booked walking a client to the chair at that very moment and she proceeded to give that child a haircut. Why didn't the other stylist take the walk in since the first stylist was booked for 2 minutes from then? The other stylist was on her phone and disappeared for about 25 min. I had to wait 20 minutes for my son to get his hair cut even though I bothered to schedule an appointment. Next time I might as well just do a walk in. Tabitha is great - my son gets the best cuts from her!
