The service is polite, but the cuts are just not good. This is the second time and both times I have brought pictures of the hairstyle I would like for my son and both times I go home and fix his hair because there are strings of hair out of place. I don’t mind paying more for a better result. I think that the hair stylist are not well trained and they just don’t know how to professionally cut hair.

The environment at Cookie Cutters was great for my very energetic boys. Erin did a wonderful job. She did an initial cut, and when we looked at it I asked if we could take off even more. She gladly agreed and was able to shape up Graham's hair so that it looks very cleaned up and short for the rest of the summer. We were really happy with our entire experience. Thank you again!

Maddox needed his first haircut (finally!) at the age of 20 months. He has adorable blond curls, but they were getting out of control. Erin got him distracted immediately (which was exactly what we needed!), and was able to go right to work. I didn't want to sacrifice all of his curls, and she did a beautiful job of trimming him up without getting rid of his curls. The cut was exactly what we asked for! And, we now have a sweet lock of hair, a picture and a certificate to commemorate the experience. Thank you!
