I was disappointed that there were two staff members at the store, yet as I pulled up 2 minutes prior to my appointment, I saw the stylist I had booked walking a client to the chair at that very moment and she proceeded to give that child a haircut. Why didn't the other stylist take the walk in since the first stylist was booked for 2 minutes from then? The other stylist was on her phone and disappeared for about 25 min. I had to wait 20 minutes for my son to get his hair cut even though I bothered to schedule an appointment. Next time I might as well just do a walk in. Tabitha is great - my son gets the best cuts from her!
