It seems like you need more help. We had 2 back to back appts scheduled for 2:00. We were there for over an hour. One of the sylists was new and didn't seem like she had much experience.

We had to wait for 25 minutes passed out appointment time. I'm not entirely sure the stylist knew what she was doing. There was a piece of my daughter's hair that kept falling forward. She asked if she could just add it to her bangs. When I said I'd rather not do that she had me stand there and hold the chunk of her hair up so she wouldn't cut it.

I bring my niece in to get a bang trim every month or so and we usually have a great experience. She loves the slide while she waits, picking out a fun seat and a show to watch on Netflix, and the sucker and balloon she gets at the end. Madi has done her bangs twice and has done a decent job with the trim and a cute style both times, but she's not very patient with my niece. She grabbed and held her face several times and was snappy when she scrunched her nose because of the water sprayed on her bangs and the hair falling on her face. She didn't cover her face at all when using hairspray and it got in her eyes and mouth. I'll admit, my niece is a bit squirmy (she's 5), but we haven't had an experience like that with any of the other stylists there. She was like that both times she cut my niece's hair. McKenzie has cut her bangs a few times and was great each time... was able to cut and braid her hair with patience and sweet disposition. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like she works when we're able to come in. I don't think we'll be back to the Draper location.

Overall, it was fine! They were nice and good to my kid and did a decent job. I'd never been before and others had hyped it up so I guess I expected some kind of real party happening but for what it is, it was perfectly adequate. I am satisfied.

I don't always have my kids get their hair cut all at once. But the others still have to come along. At the end of the hair cut the kid getting the hair cut gets a balloon but if the kids not getting hair cuts want balloons too they charge you $ for them!

I am very disappointed in my experience using cookie cutters. I went to the South Jordan store to take my son to get a hair cut. Upon arrival I see on the door a sign that says they are no longer excepting walk-ins. So frustrating!! But I understand if these are the rules. I walk in and ask when the next opening is and she says a time that won't work for my schedule so I leave. A few hours later I download the app and try to schedule online. I find one at 5:15 and I schedule it. When I get to the end to confirm I get an error saying the system is down and try again later and then the app freezes. So I get on my computer and try and schedule it and the 5:15 appointment is gone. So I call the store to confirm and no answer. I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I literally called 7 times before I heard the different beep on the phone showing they are on the other line. I call again and they FINALLY answer. I ask them if my reservation saved and they said no and there weren't any available times for hair cut that day and the next was Saturday!!! I was beyond frustrated. I did everything they asked me to do and the next available time for a haircut was 48 hours later?!? No thank you. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl who answered the phone asked for which one that they had several. In my mind I laughed that there are several managers and this store is run so unprofessionally. She gave me the name Amy and said that she would have her call me back. I still haven't heard from her. I ended up going to the draper store and it was night and day difference. I called, they answered. I booked an appointment, they were on time. Store was clean. The hair dresser was fantastic, professional, and did exactly what I asked. I will not be recommending south jordan cookie cutters to anyone. I can't believe how unprofessional my whole experience was there.
