They were great with my son who was having his first haircut. They made sure to make it fun and went at his pace so that it was a positive experience he will continue to enjoy and not be scared of. The haircut turned out super cute, I don't know how she did it with him wiggling around.

While cutting my daughter's hair I mentioned to my older daughter that I really needed to figure out how to french braid her hair (it is very long). Our stylist was kind enough to braid her hair for me at not cost! That is customer service.
