We had to wait for 25 minutes passed out appointment time. I'm not entirely sure the stylist knew what she was doing. There was a piece of my daughter's hair that kept falling forward. She asked if she could just add it to her bangs. When I said I'd rather not do that she had me stand there and hold the chunk of her hair up so she wouldn't cut it.

It seems like you need more help. We had 2 back to back appts scheduled for 2:00. We were there for over an hour. One of the sylists was new and didn't seem like she had much experience.

My only complaint is the noise level. They have tv's at each station for the kids, but the volume is too low for anyone to really hear much. I imagine if it was turned up the noise in the entire salon could get crazy but its still kind of annoying.

They did a good job cutting-but I was not happy with the style. Styling the hair is a huge reason why I come here, and all the hairdresser did was throw a random braid in, didn't blow dry and style cute. I was very disappointed.

Our stylist was great but she was the only person there; so every time the phone rang she had to stop, etc. The visit took longer than expected because of that and that was just for a cut. My daughter didn't get her hair styled like she usually does because of time constraints for the poor solo stylist.

My 2yo son cries anywhere else we go for haircuts. He LOVES Cookie Cutters and they do an awesome job both keeping him content and cutting his hair!
