Our most recent experience at Cookie Cutters was our best experience so far. I usually book an appointment, but since it was a weekday afternoon thought I would take my chances and walk in. Our stylist was so nice and squeezed us in. She was super friendly and really knew how to cut hair! She was really fast, but did a fantastic job! I wish I remembered her name because I really would love her to cut my boys’ hair every time - so fast and so good! The last time we were at Cookie Cutters, I could tell the stylist was pretty new and she took a really long time. I appreciated that she was trying to do a good job, but she still ended up cutting my son’s hair in a way that it had to sweep a certain way otherwise it looked totally crooked. It annoyed me every time I saw it, until it finally grew out more evenly! Everyone is always very nice at Cookie Cutters and try to be very accommodating, but the quality of the stylists really vary. Our most recent stylist was the best by far - will definitely go back to see her!
