My only complaint is the noise level. They have tv's at each station for the kids, but the volume is too low for anyone to really hear much. I imagine if it was turned up the noise in the entire salon could get crazy but its still kind of annoying.

Oh I'm so sorry about the volume on the tvs. When kids play the games on them they are so much louder for some reason and they get turned down. I'll make sure my stylists' are checking on that for the future. Thanks again! Hope to see you soon!

WOW! First time here and had the best experience from the second we walked in! Ryan was exceptional with talking to my son as the client and engaging him from the very beginning. Not to mention the cut was top notch! There was another stylist there as well that was also very engaging. My expectations were more than met. Stetson and myself will be going back to Ryan in 4 weeks :)

Ryan was awesome! Jax doesn’t usually do well with haircuts and Ryan made him feel comfortable enough that he didn’t even hardly budge during the whole thing. We will be back again.

I bring my niece in to get a bang trim every month or so and we usually have a great experience. She loves the slide while she waits, picking out a fun seat and a show to watch on Netflix, and the sucker and balloon she gets at the end. Madi has done her bangs twice and has done a decent job with the trim and a cute style both times, but she's not very patient with my niece. She grabbed and held her face several times and was snappy when she scrunched her nose because of the water sprayed on her bangs and the hair falling on her face. She didn't cover her face at all when using hairspray and it got in her eyes and mouth. I'll admit, my niece is a bit squirmy (she's 5), but we haven't had an experience like that with any of the other stylists there. She was like that both times she cut my niece's hair. McKenzie has cut her bangs a few times and was great each time... was able to cut and braid her hair with patience and sweet disposition. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like she works when we're able to come in. I don't think we'll be back to the Draper location.
