I have been bringing my daughters here for haircuts since they were toddlers, and my girls have always looked forward to the fun experience. We hadn't been for a while, though, and this last visit was disappointing for us all. One thing my girls always look forward to is getting their hair done in a fun style (usually a braid) after their haircut. This time, the stylist barely blow-dried their hair, then offered to spray it with glitter spray. That's it. I've always felt that getting their hair styled was part of the haircut price, and this time I felt like what we got was not worth what I paid. My girls also noticed that they weren't offered a dum-dum sucker and they still miss getting a helium-inflated balloon (which I know this location stopped doing years ago). Sadly, we won't be returning to Cookie Cutters. I can get a better-quality experience (hair wash, cut, and style) for cheaper at other salons.

I was super nervous about getting my 1 1/2 year old boys hair cut cause he is super wiggly. She was so sweet and nice and did an amazing job. Didn't even phase her that he was wiggling Great, clean and fun environment.
