Bringing my son in for a haircut had always been difficult until I found cookie cutters years ago but after our recent visit it is back to square one of him hating hair cuts. When we got there we were not greeted politely and when it was my sons turn the woman didn't even acknowledge him she kept asking me and I in return asked my son (age 11) then when we get to the back of the rows for his haircut we are informed the tv is broke (huge reason we come here since it distracts him) and the chair doesn't lift up. So now my son is starting to freak out the stylist not once even tries to engage my son in conversation or even direct him in putting his head down etc instead she man handles his head to the direction she wants doesn't get herself into a lower position to see if her lines are straight (uneven hair cut now)she still has not said a single word to my son who is about in tears but trying his best because he wants his haircut.. We will never return to this location due to the rudeness of this staff memeber l.
