They were running late, had to wait 20 minutes when I had an appointment which is hard with a toddler. There was only one person working and trying to take care of multiple customers. Also, the stylist seemed to have a cold and probably shouldn’t have been around little kids.

We had specifically booked appointments with Alexis. When we got there, we found we had been bumped to a new stylist who then needed Alexis ' s help finishing my daughter's style.

I am not pleased with my service. The cut is not as short as I asked for. When I pointed it out the stylist said it looked good. I am also disappointed in Cookie Cutters overall. When I first took my kids there they got a cut, style with blowdry,balloon and sucker. Now it is a cut, no style, no balloon and charged more. They also used to play video games, now it is just a movie or TV show. Very disappointing.

The stylist we have been going to for over a year left Cookie Cutters, so we had to try someone new. I was not super impressed with our new girl. She wasn't all that friendly, didn't dry my daughter's hair after her cut, which all of the others have always done and I'm still trying to decide if my daughter's hair is straight or not. I don't love my son's cut either, you can see too many razor marks, not usually a problem. I will not be booking with her again.
