I did have to wait a long time. My scheduled appointment was at 9:45 a.m. and we did not get called back until 10:10 a.m. That is one of the perks of scheduling an appointment so you don't have to wait for 25 minutes! That is my only negative feedback. The personnel was very courteous and it was a zoo because it was Saturday. I think I may try to not go on a Saturday in the future.

Alexis is the most consistent stylist here. I wish that when I scheduled both of my daughters with her, they wouldnt stick one of the girls with a different stylist. Id rather wait longer than have them done at the same time. Theres a huge difference in the skill level of Alexis and some of the other stylists.
