I did have to wait a long time. My scheduled appointment was at 9:45 a.m. and we did not get called back until 10:10 a.m. That is one of the perks of scheduling an appointment so you don't have to wait for 25 minutes! That is my only negative feedback. The personnel was very courteous and it was a zoo because it was Saturday. I think I may try to not go on a Saturday in the future.
