Very unhappy with the service provided. Was expecting to pay $21.95 for my son's haircut. He got a standard haircut and shape up and he wanted a slit in his eyebrow. Got to the register and was charged an extra $14 and when I asked about the price I was told that when they have to do extra services, like designs it costs more. The only thing "extra" was the slit in his eyebrow which I had to fix because it was cut all the way. I paid but would not be going back. He also has a patch on the side of his head. We can get the same thing done with no extra pricing, a hot towel and massage at The Guys Place. Unfortunately they are not open on Sundays. Also there was so much hair on him like we didn't use a cover cloth.

Thank you for your feedback. You should have been informed about an upcharge for "special services" such as designs, eyebrow slits and multitiered fades. These haircuts and services require significantly more time than a regular haircut and we need to account for that in the schedule and with the pricing. If you go to any men's barber shop or salon, you will find similar price tiers. Slits are not easy and they require different tools and extra care so that they are done evenly and correctly. A Guy's Place haircut and shampoo costs $30 and if you are doing eyebrows it is an extra $15 or $20 depending on the service. I apologize for the fact that you were not informed of the additional charge and that is information that we will use to continue to train our staff. I hope you have success at you next locations. Jace gets a little nervous around cutters but the stylist did an amazing job working with him and he got a great cut!

I made an appointment here for specialty fade , especially cause it says they have worked with kids but the women who did my sons hair didn’t even greet us and we had no idea where to seat him or who was cutting his hair because she was gossiping about a previous client . I just could tell how impatient she was and she kept telling me if I could tell if the hair was straight cause she couldn’t tell at all and it bothered me because if u couldn’t tell where to cut or if it was straight why would you even make the cut. I had made an appointment and had to wait more than an hour but the only reason this place got more than one star was because of the layout they had things for kids to place and tv but we weren’t even asked if there was anything specific my son would like to watch. I provided a photo as well where u can see more than one obvious long hair still attached to my sons head. I had no more patience in me to try and explain how I wanted it and we also provided a photo of what we wanted. I didnt want to cause a sense so I paid and left.

Sonya did beautifully on my son’s haircut. Best cut he has gotten there in 1.5 years! She was very kind, great with kids and knowledgeable.
