I arrived 8 minutes late for our appointment (the address doesn't link up to the map app on my phone, and sent me all the way to Fayetteville st. I called and a nice, patient person directed me where to go). Then we waited 30 minutes for the haircut, which was a long time with a 3 year old and a one year old right before dinnertime. Someone who walked in after us was seen before us, for some unexplained reason. I almost walked out but I needed to get my son's hair cut. The haircut was fine, and quick once it started. I think I annoyed the hair cutter by touching my son's hair before she was finished with the cut, and I was reprimanded.

We had to wait over a half hour, even though we had an appointment and others who came in after us were seated first. The receptionist was also unavailable most of the time on her phone.

We were not seen until 20-30 minutes after our appointment time and there was no apology. We requested a bang trim but the stylist did a full cut. No offer to charge the lesser fee. We really like the salon but this was a disappointing visit.

I really wish I could give a higher rating. The stylists were absolutely fantastic, but the receptionist was a bit rude and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. As a result, my experience was a mixed bag and overall a bit mediocre.
