I made an appointment here for specialty fade , especially cause it says they have worked with kids but the women who did my sons hair didn’t even greet us and we had no idea where to seat him or who was cutting his hair because she was gossiping about a previous client . I just could tell how impatient she was and she kept telling me if I could tell if the hair was straight cause she couldn’t tell at all and it bothered me because if u couldn’t tell where to cut or if it was straight why would you even make the cut. I had made an appointment and had to wait more than an hour but the only reason this place got more than one star was because of the layout they had things for kids to place and tv but we weren’t even asked if there was anything specific my son would like to watch. I provided a photo as well where u can see more than one obvious long hair still attached to my sons head. I had no more patience in me to try and explain how I wanted it and we also provided a photo of what we wanted. I didnt want to cause a sense so I paid and left.

Had an appointment for 3 and was told they didn’t have my appointment. I showed them my confirmation email and they said well that’s the computers fault. They used the kids as an excuse and stated they are behind today because “we have had many difficult children here today” Staff needs to take accountability for being late

We arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, and were barely acknowledged by the two staff members working. One of the staff members finished with her client, and proceeded to ignore us. She did not look, speak to, or acknowledge our presence. She played on her cell phone until another client arrived after us. This client had the same booking time as we did, and that stylist proceeded to take that client back to work on his hair. That meant that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the second stylist to finish with her client. So, in total 30 minutes of waiting time, being ignored by both stylists, and showing inequitable treatment of clients. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

When I entered the shop, I was not acknowledged or greeted. The staff made me and my child wait 45 minutes past our appointment while the staff cut their friends hair. This is our 3rd time coming here and we were pleased before but we will not be returning. Staff did not allow me to express how I wanted the haircut and proceeded the way they pleased. We are not pleased with the hair cut for our child. In addition, being late is one thing but being unapologetic and putting a friend before a paying client is another. It was a very unprofessional experience.

We had been to this Cookie Cutters once before and loved it. The environment is lovely, and the first time we went, we had a short wait and a fantastic haircut. MY son enjoyed playing on the play set. But this time, we arrived to our appointment on time, were checked in, and then waited for 20 minutes. At that point, the woman who had checked us in had disappeared and there was just one woman left who was doing another child's hair. She told us that she was going to be busy for another hour and then she would be off so she wouldn't be able to cut our son's hair and we were going to have to reschedule our appointment. We didn't understand why we were checked in in the first place and had been waiting for so long if our appointment was just going to be canceled. Not to mention that we had driven 40 minutes to get there and had woken our son from his nap in the car. We had to find the manager in the back who said she could fit us in before her next appointment in 10 minutes. She rushed and the haircut wasn't that great, but at least it was done.
