We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. We have searched for years for someone to cut our girls mixed hair and then we found Brittani. She is amazing with all of our girls 4,8, and 10. Our 10 year old is super tender headed and hates when anyone touches her hair, she loves Brittani. She is so good with them, she takes her time and we never feel rushed. We have been to a ton of salons around the triangle and she is by far the best.

We used to love cookie cutters, after today we are not coming back!! Such a disaster in my little one’s hair. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Good morning. I am sorry that your experience with us yesterday was not to your satisfaction. I understand that you are new customer to our location have historically gone to the Raleigh or Cary location and unfortunately had a bad haircut there yesterday and then came to us to try and have it repaired. I have reviewed the haircut on our video and my stylist did a good job with your son even though he was not receptive to getting his haircut. The repair that she did was all that could be done based on what she had to start with. I am confused as to whether your issue is with the initial haircut at the other location, the attempted repair at our salon or with both. Please clarify if possible. If the issue is with the other location, please move your review to that site and delete or revise this review. If your issue is with both locations, then you have my apologies for your son's bad haircut and our inability to fix it to your satisfaction. Hopefully you will give us a chance to start with a fresh haircut that does not need to be repaired. Thank you for your feedback and time.

I really enjoyed this visit. I had 2 boys to get haircuts and we were the only people there. Our stylist (Dierdria?) was very calm and cool.. which made our boys calm and cool... and they got excellent haircuts because of it... probably some of the best looking cuts we've ever had on the youngest (he's 4, autistic).. Miss D listened to what I explained about the noise of clippers and handled it better than expected.
